Please let us know if you will be arriving after 8pm

Friday and Saturday nights  

Check In-3 pm on Friday  -  1 pm on Saturday and Sunday

Check out- 11 am                                                   

Children Welcome-No childcare provided

No Pets (unless special circumstances- Ex: Hurricane Evacuation)  We have a small dog on premises.

Non-smoking property. Outdoor areas available for smoking.

Full Breakfast served at 8:30 am included in room rate on Saturday and Sunday mornings and some holidays   

Weekdays breakfast will be served at 8:00 am in dining room. (M,T, Th, Fr) On Wednesday mornings we will serve a continental type breakfast( I work outside the BNB and need to assist in surgery early on Wednesdays)  

Please let us know if you have special dietary needs or allergies. Also, please let us know if you will not be awakening in time for breakfast or do not want breakfast.

Cancellation policy:  All rates based on double occupancy and subject to Ms. room tax .Credit card required to hold reservation. We accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover.  Cancellations made 7 days before will not be charged.  A raincheck may be issued for cancellations made within 7 days.  No shows or cancellations same day of reservation will be charged for one night.  No refunds made after check-in.
